Publication Fee

 

MODERATE: Journal of Religious, Education, and Social is committed to ensuring that publishing academic research remains accessible to scholars worldwide, regardless of their financial situation. The journal follows a transparent and fair Article Processing Charge (APC) system, outlined below:

  1. Submission Fee:

    • Rp. 0,-
      There is no fee for submitting an article to MODERATE. Authors can submit their manuscripts for consideration without any initial charges.

  2. Publication Fee:

    • Rp. 250,000.00 (approximately US$ 20)
      Once an article is accepted for publication, the corresponding author will be required to pay a publication fee. This fee covers the costs of editorial management, peer review, plagiarism checks (using Turnitin or Plagiarism Checker X), and the assignment of a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for the article.

    Waiver Policy:

    • MODERATE offers a 50% APC waiver for authors from developing countries, reducing the publication fee to Rp. 125,000.00 (approximately US$ 10).

    • In cases of financial hardship, a full waiver may be granted, making the publication fee entirely free for authors from developing countries. The waiver is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Payment Confirmation:

    • After acceptance of the article, authors must provide proof of payment for the publication fee by transferring the fee to the journal’s designated number (+62 852-1512-9260, available on WhatsApp). The article will not be published until the payment is confirmed.
